Take advantage of our cashback offer from 1 September through 2 November 2025 by following the steps below*:

  1. Buy one of the eligible Laurastar products listed below.
  2. Complete the online form and provide all the required information, including a valid proof of purchase, and tick the box relating to data protection and newsletter subscription.
  3. Receive your refund by bank transfer; the amount varies according to the product purchased:
    • £200 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart U
    • £150 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart M Limited Edition or Smart M
    • £100 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart I or a Laurastar AURA

Conditions of participation in the Laurastar “Cashback” partial refund offer

Take advantage of our “Cashback” partial refund offer of up to £200, valid from 1 September through 2 November 2025, on the purchase of an eligible product (see list below), while stocks last and subject to compliance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter “the Offer”).

  1. Organiser
  2. The organiser of this Offer is Laurastar SA, Route de Montreux 149, 1618 Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland (“Laurastar”).

  3. Conditions of participation
  4. The Offer is exclusively reserved for:

    1. Individuals of legal age (18 years and over) on the date the Offer is launched, residing in the United Kingdom.
    2. Those having purchased one of the eligible products listed below between 1 September and 2 November 2025 inclusive, from one of our participating partner sales outlets (list of stores not taking part in the offer available at www.laurastar.co.uk) in United Kingdom or on our website www.laurastar.co.uk or contact our customer service in United Kingdom. Any purchase made at a trade fair is not eligible for the Offer.

    Eligible products:

    • Laurastar Smart U, Smart M Limited Edition, Smart M, Smart I
    • Laurastar Lift Xtra Titan, Lift Xtra Aluminium
    • Laurastar AURA
    • Laurastar IZZI, “Laurastar by BOSS” IZZI

    Only one participation per buyer and per household (person with the same address or surname) will be taken into account. The Offer cannot be combined with any other current promotions, offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated, and is only valid while stocks of eligible products last.

  5. Terms and conditions of participation
  6. To benefit from the Offer, the purchaser of an eligible product must:

    1. Complete the online partial refund request form (“the Form”), the access link to which is sent by email (for purchases via the website or our customer service) or provided via a QR code (for purchases made from a participating shop).
    2. Agree to receive commercial information about Laurastar products and services.
    3. Provide all required information and a valid proof of purchase for the participation to be validly recorded.

    Internet connection costs for completing the Form are borne by the participant.

    By submitting the Form, the participant unreservedly accepts these conditions and certifies the accuracy of the information provided.

    The main required information is listed in the “Protection of personal data” section below.

    The Form must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date of the eligible product. Laurastar will confirm receipt of the Form and ensure its validity under the terms of the Offer.

    Once the refund request has been approved by Laurastar, the corresponding refund will be made by bank transfer to the account whose bank details were provided when the Form was submitted, within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from Laurastar’s validation of participation in the Offer.

    The amount of the refund varies according to the eligible product purchased:

    • £200 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart U
    • £150 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart M Limited Edition or Smart M
    • £100 for the purchase of a Laurastar Smart I or Laurastar AURA
    • £50 for the purchase of a Laurastar Lift Xtra Titan, Lift Xtra Aluminium, Laurastar IZZI or “Laurastar by BOSS” IZZI

    Refunds will only be made in the currency in which the purchase was made and exclusively to a valid bank account in the purchaser’s country of residence. Refunds will not take the form of a voucher, cash payment or cheque.

    Laurastar reserves the right to verify the validity of the refund request and to reject any request that does not comply with the Offer’s conditions. Laurastar shall not be held liable for any non-reimbursement resulting from acts or omissions for which it is not directly responsible, including, but not limited to, the transmission of incorrect information relating to the refund, the bank account, or the identity of the beneficiary.

    In the event of the return of an eligible product (cancellation of the sales contract for any reason, exchange for a non-eligible product, retraction, or other reason for return), the participant will lose any right to a refund. If the refund has already been made, the beneficiary must reimburse Laurastar without delay.

  7. Protection of personal data
  8. Laurastar is responsible for processing personal data. When processing data relating to participants in the Offer, Laurastar guarantees full compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected as part of the Offer (in the Form), voluntarily provided by participants, is collected, stored and used in accordance with the information provided for the Offer and, if the participant has consented, for sending commercial information about new products and other promotional offers from Laurastar.

    The following personal details will be requested: gender, first name, surname, email address, telephone number, date of birth, bank details (bank name, account holder’s name [strictly identical to that of the participant], IBAN). In addition, you will be asked to provide information relating to the eligible product purchased and your consumption habits, including the purchase date, product description, serial number, and name of the retailer (if purchased offline or via customer service).

    Participants in the Offer, as well as those who have agreed to receive commercial information from Laurastar, may at any time (i) withdraw their consent either to the Offer or to receiving commercial information from Laurastar (exclusively by email to ukservice@laurastar.com) and/or (ii) request a change to their information or request access to it by emailing the same address. Any withdrawal of consent before the refund has been processed will automatically invalidate participation in the Offer.

    Laurastar may share your personal data with third parties with whom it collaborates to provide a service, when the processing of such data is useful for achieving the intended purpose. Your data may also be shared if Laurastar has a legitimate interest in doing so, if it is legally required, or if you have given your consent. The recipients of your personal data are generally located in Switzerland or in the European Union, but may also, in exceptional cases, be located in another third country. If a recipient is located in a country that does not have adequate data protection legislation, Laurastar ensures that an appropriate level of protection is guaranteed by other means. All bank details required for the refund will only be used for that purpose. Personal data will be retained by Laurastar for as long as necessary for the purposes of the Offer, and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods and relevant limitation periods. In accordance with the Ordinance of 24 April 2002 on the keeping and retention of account books (Olico), this retention period is set at ten years.

  9. Miscellaneous
  10. Laurastar accepts no responsibility for the unavailability of the web page on which the Form appears. In particular, Laurastar accepts no liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any damage, loss or deletion of data resulting from technical problems or delays, viruses or other causes.

    Laurastar reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation, suspend the Offer, or terminate it at any time and without notice in the event of force majeure and/or for technical and/or legal reasons preventing the proper conduct of the Offer. Modified conditions of participation apply from the date of their publication on the initial media.

    If any provision of these conditions is found to be invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and as close as possible to the content of the invalid provision in the event of any regulatory gaps.

  11. Disputes - Applicable law
  12. Any request or complaint must be sent exclusively and directly to Laurastar by email to ukservice@laurastar.com, which reserves the right to accept or refuse it if it does not comply with these conditions of the Offer.

    Subject to the application of mandatory national rules of the buyer’s country of habitual residence, Swiss law is applicable. The competent courts are those of Fribourg, Switzerland, unless otherwise provided by public policy.
