  • The product must be sent back in its entirety and in perfect working order in its original packaging.
  • All refund claims must be submitted and received no later than 100 days following the date of purchase, as evidenced by the date as postmarked.
  • Only purchases made from Laurastar retailers and from the laurastar.com website participating in the offer are valid.
  • Claims must be addressed exclusively and directly to Laurastar SA and not to the point of sale.
  • The participant must contact Laurastar customer service* and return the product in its original packaging.
  • Laurastar SA will send a prepaid sticker to the client once they have made contact. The client will stick it to the box then send it to Laurastar SA, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The participant must include the original receipt/proof of purchase, their bank details with IBAN/RIB, BIC/SWIFT, and keep a copy for themselves. The original will not be returned.
  • The amount refunded will be the price paid, which is indicated on the returned proof of purchase.
  • The refund will be carried out by bank transfer within 20 days from the date of receipt of the package in our depot.
  • The refund will be made in Euros or Swiss Francs depending on the currency of the receipt/proof of purchase.
  • The offer is not open to Laurastar employees.
  • Laurastar reserves the right to exclude claims which do not meet the present Conditions of Application.
