A few droplets at start-up are completely normal. As the Laurastar AURA heats up, condensation forms inside the cool hose — just like water droplets on a cold glass on a warm day.
To clear it, always purge the system before you begin: point the nozzle toward a sink or the floor and pull the trigger continuously for up to 60 seconds until the output runs dry and consistent. This also primes the system if no steam appears on first use — check the steam lock is fully unlocked first, then purge.
From that moment on, you're delivering pure Dry Microfine Steam (DMS) — the same high-performance steam used throughout your whole steam cleaning session.
Always purge first.  Make this a two-second habit every time you start the AURA. It ensures you're only ever applying clean, dry steam to your surfaces and textiles.
