No — and here's why this matters for the life of your machine. Every Laurastar AURA filter contains a unique RFID chip that tracks the precise volume of water it has filtered.

Once the chip registers that the filter has reached its capacity (calibrated to your specific water hardness), the device prompts a replacement. It's not possible to reset or reuse a saturated filter. Attempting to bypass this system — or running AURA without a filter — risks allowing limescale to accumulate in the Thermoblock, which will eventually risk an out-of-warranty repair.
